Note:  This guide is just for reference.

The best way to know which spots will be good for you is to ask around once you’ve arrived...  Ask people which surf spots are working best at the moment and where someone at your level should go.  If you can’t find anyone to ask about the surf, drop by Fat Lips Surfshop and we’ll be happy to chat to you about the conditions.

Don't forget that no wave or surf spot will ever be the same twice. Here I describe how the spot works under different conditions but you just never know what it’ll be like until you rock up at the spot!

Surfing by seasons:

Peak Season (late September to early December): All spots working!

Winter (December to March): Giwan, Pilar, Tangbo, Salvcation, Stimpy’s, or Rock Island.

Spring: All spots working so long as there’s some swell.

Summer: Cemetary, Tuason, Cloud 9, Quiksilver, Jacking Horse, Pacifico
